Kristan Lagman

Born & raised in Norwalk, Kristan Lagman has always remembered wanting to be everyone’s helper or to save the world. Little did she know this would translate into her education and her career where she enjoyed helping others learn topics, complete projects, and/or simply pave the way towards someone reaching their goals. Under the supervision and support of Fast Eddie in Los Angeles, Kristan was able to learn the complex world of commercial permitting in the area and has worked on over 60 projects including restaurants, bars, coffee shops, theaters, and more. During her time under Fast Eddie, she grew an appreciation for small businesses that vitalize communities with delicious foods and big hearts (like hers!). As a young, Asian-American entrepreneur, Kristan hopes to continue this legacy she has built under Eddie and expand her help and guidance to other small businesses in Los Angeles, Orange County, Long Beach, + surrounding!

To fuel her expertise, Kristan has her BS in Urban Planning from Cal Poly Pomona, an AS in Architecture from Fullerton College, and one hell of an appreciation for the built environment and her community. Outside of work, Kristan loves cooking and eating, waking her Shih-Poo Charlie up from his naps, and working out (kinda). She’s also a 4x champion of folding clothes (amongst her peers).
